Smoothie bowls to kickstart your day

 

Need some breakfast inspiration? Then you have come to the right place! Smoothie bowls are my favourite breakfast go to.

 

The best thing about a smoothie bowl is that you can make it any way you like and with whatever ingredients you have. They are satisfying, yet light to eat and they are gluten & dairy free. My favourite part… the toppings! Adding oats & granola will fill you up that little bit more,  and paired with berries, coconut or cacao… you wont’ be disappointed.

 

 

Smoothie Bowl 1:

 

  • 1 Whole banana
  • 1 Cup frozen berries
  • 1 Cup nut or coconut milk
  • 1 Handful of spinach

 

Topped with granola, coconut, mango, berries & passionfruit.

 

 

 

Smoothie Bowl 2:

 

  • 1 Cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 Cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 Cup nut or coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds

 

Topped with toasted oats, goji berries, berry powder and nuts & seeds

 

 

Smoothie bowl 3:

 

  • 1 Whole banana
  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Heaped tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of protein powder

Topped with cacao, bliss balls, nuts & seed mix & fresh blueberries
