Sweet tooth cravings?! This smoothie is a fabulous afternoon pick me up or good morning starting to your day. With Wholefood dates and maple syrup as sweeteners, this smoothie will not disappoint!



  • 1 Large frozen banana
  • 1 Cup coconut or almond milk
  • 3 Pitted dates
  • 1 Tablespoon organic maple syrup



  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, food processor or nutri-bullet and blend until smooth and combined
  2. If you find the blender is having a difficult time, just add ¼ cup more of milk, until the mixture loosens slightly
  3. If you taste the smoothie and decide you need it to be sweeter, add another tablespoon of maple syrup
