Who doesn't love cookie dough?! You will not be disappointed with these paleo / vegan / wholefood / no bake cookie dough bliss balls waiting in your fridge! 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cup cashews
  • ½   Cup gluten free oats
  • 3    Tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 1     Handful of dairy free dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Using your nutri-bullet or food processor, blend the cashews until it becomes a crumb powder, ensuring not to over blend otherwise it will become cashew butter
  2. Add this cashew flour to a medium sized bowl
  3. Repeat this step with the oats, keeping in mind it should only take 2-4 seconds
  4. Add the rice malt syrup to your flour base with the salt and stir to combine
  5. Mix the chocolate chips in by hand and roll into small balls
  6. These are ready to be served straight away and are usually stored in the fridge
