Have a spare 10 minutes? These delicious goody balls take less than 10 & with only 4 ingredients!! It couldn't get any easier :) The Tahini helps give the goody balls a smooth fudge texture whilst the cacao adds that chocolatey punch we all love. I often find myself with little ingredients left in the house at the end of the week but I always manage to have some sort of nuts around (hazelnuts, almonds, brazil or cashews), a bottle of tahini ( IT LASTS AGES ) & I always have cacao and honey lying around so these are my easy go-to when the stock is low in the pantry.

1 Cup almond meal
1/3 Cup Tahini
- ¼ Cup raw cacao powder
¼ Cup raw honey [maple syrup]
Desiccated coconut to roll in
- Add all ingredients to a bowl
- Mix until sticky & combined
- Roll into balls [approximately 1/2 a tablespoon size]
- Roll in desiccated coconut or cacao powder
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator and snack away!!!
