Apricot Coconut Bliss Balls

10 minutes to make & keep through the week as your snacks! Apricot and coconut = delicious!
- ¾ Cup dried apricots
- ¾ Cup almond meal
- 1/3 Cup desiccated coconut
- 1 Tablespoon rice malt syrup
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined
- Roll in desiccated coconut or raw cacao powder
- Eat, share, enjoy!
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or the freezer!
