10 minutes to make & keep through the week as your snacks! Apricot and coconut = delicious! 




  • ¾   Cup dried apricots
  • ¾   Cup almond meal
  • 1/3 Cup desiccated coconut
  • 1     Tablespoon rice malt syrup



  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined
  2. Roll in desiccated coconut or raw cacao powder
  3. Eat, share, enjoy!

Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or the freezer!
