Peanut butter cookies that are Paleo, Vegan & Wholefood friendly?! These are a must try :)


Dry Ingredients


  • ¼ Cup coconut flour


Wet Ingredients


  • 1 Tablespoon rice malt syrup [substitue: raw honey; maple syrup]
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 1 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil 



  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees, and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Mash the banana and peanut butter in a food processor until well combined
  3. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until the dough is thoroughly combined
  4. Take 1 Tablespoons worth of dough and using the palms of your hands, & roll into a small ball
  5. Repeat this process with the remaining dough
  6. Place the ball pieces onto the baking tray and flatten slightly with the back of a fork
  7. Bake for 9-13 minutes, or until golden brown
  8. Now devour with the most delicious cup of tea

NOTE: If you find your cookies came out dryer than you expected, a little more coconut oil may have been needed as your banana may have been slightly smaller or you baked them slightly too long [always depends on how strong / good your oven is]
